• Lead and scale a portfolio of 4 iGaming projects across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets

• Conduct strategic audit and restructuring of teams and operational structures

• Build and manage C-level and senior leadership teams

• Drive achievement of commercial targets, growth KPIs, and performance metrics

• Scale business operations and expand market presence

• Oversee core business verticals including legal, finance, operations, B2B and B2C ecosystem
