What we’re looking for:
✔️ 4+ years in leadership, in Country head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C
✔️ Strong track record of expanding CIS & EU markets
✔️ Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends
✔️ P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence
✔️ Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
