HRD

We are looking for HRD for our Partner, big international iGaming company to help build effective HR&Recruitment process.

Key requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Director;
• Professional experience in hiring employees in the following areas: Traffic arbitrage, Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, CPA networks, betting or IT;
• Ability to build processes in distributed teams;
• Excellent management skills, results-oriented and highly responsible;
• English proficiency at least Intermediate;
• Initiative, ability to prioritize and strive to develop both yourself and the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Building HR processes, managing the recruiting department and HR BP;
• Developing and implementing an employee motivation system;
• Forming and implementing an onboarding plan;
• Organizing team work, conducting performance reviews, 1-on-1 meetings and other events;
• Monitoring key performance indicators;
• Developing and strengthening the company’s HR brand.
