Chief Commercial Officer (Fintech/PSP)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and structure the sales department of a fast-growing B2B payments provider. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and a proven ability to build and optimize sales teams. This role is crucial in developing a clear commercial strategy, creating a sales roadmap, and optimizing sales processes to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to increase revenue
• Audit and optimize the sales department, ensuring efficiency and scalability
• Define and execute a sales roadmap with clear objectives and KPIs
• Improve the performance of existing sales managers through structured processes
• Align commercial strategy with product, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Fintech industry with a deep understanding of payment solutions
• Expertise in building and restructuring sales teams from scratch or improving existing structures
• Strong background in developing and executing commercial strategies
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and sales performance
