We are seeking a CFO who will take full ownership of building and developing the company’s financial function at a strategic level, including cash flow management, financial control, banking infrastructure, management reporting, tax compliance in line with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the company’s international growth. This role requires a high level of independence and responsibility.

🌐 Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director in fintech, payments, e-commerce, crypto, PSP, EMI, MSB, or high-risk environments.

• Proven experience building a financial function in a fast-growing company or international group.

• Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial modeling.

• Hands-on experience working with international banks, payment providers, compliance procedures, account opening, and managing banking relationships.

• Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, liquidity, settlements, client flows, and high-risk business models.

• Experience working with international projects and multiple jurisdictions.

• Experience interacting with shareholders, investors, auditors, and external consultants.

• Experience in financial automation and implementation of financial controls is a strong advantage.
