🧲 Key responsibilities
• Lead and scale a portfolio of 4 iGaming projects across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
• Conduct strategic audit and restructuring of teams and operational structures
• Build and manage C-level and senior leadership teams
• Drive achievement of commercial targets, growth KPIs, and performance metrics
• Scale business operations and expand market presence
• Oversee core business verticals including legal, finance, operations, B2B and B2C ecosystem
🔑 Key requirements
• Senior leadership experience in iGaming / betting / online casino industry
• Proven track record of scaling complex gaming projects or platforms
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and C-level executives
• Strategic mindset with focus on growth, performance and operational efficiency
• Fluent English
