APERCON is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to build and scale the full commercial function for a fast-growing high quality B2B game provider.
Key responsibilities:
– Build and lead the end-to-end commercial function (Sales, Business Development, Account Management)
– Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets
– Organize and scale distribution of video content (games for casino operators) across global markets
– Establish and manage direct sales to B2C operators
– Lead integrations with top-tier platforms and aggregators
– Drive cross-market expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geographies
– Build, hire, and structure high-performing commercial teams
– Implement account management processes to maximize client retention and revenue growth
– Contribute to marketing strategy and go-to-market execution
– Own and deliver коммерческие KPI: revenue growth, GGR scaling, client acquisition
– Ensure performance delivery in line with current P&L objectives
Requirements:
– 5+ years in Head / Chief-level commercial roles within game providers or game aggregators
– Proven track record in building commercial functions from scratch or scaling existing ones
– Deep expertise in B2B sales within iGaming / digital gaming ecosystems
– Strong understanding of content distribution, platform integrations, and aggregator partnerships
– Experience operating across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 markets
– Advanced English proficiency (C1+ required)
– Europe-based candidates preferred
