HRD International Holding (iGaming)
Requirements:
– 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles (HR Director / Head of HR)
– Proven background in international iGaming companies (B2C is a strong advantage)
– Deep expertise in corporate culture, change management and employee engagement
– Experience building HR strategy from scratch and scaling it across countries
– Strong business acumen, autonomy and ownership mindset

A senior HR leader with strong strategic mindset and hands-on experience in international iGaming environments. You understand how HR directly impacts business performance and can operate confidently at owner and board level.
Key responsibilities:
– Build and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth and international scaling
– Act as a strategic HR partner to the business owner and senior leadership team
– Drive corporate culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives across multi-national teams
– Design and implement HR processes, policies and governance for distributed teams
– Build effective internal communication frameworks across business units and geographies
– Support leaders in team development, leadership effectiveness and change management
