Head of KAM / Key Account Management Lead
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head the Key Account Management function in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Location: Europe (business trips across the EU & UK)
Your responsibilities:
– Increase LTV and revenue from key clients
– Hit retention and growth targets
– Identify new opportunities for upselling and expansion
– Negotiate with top-tier B2B clients
– Oversee client service quality at every stage of the relationship
– Lead and manage the KAM team: set KPIs, coach, evaluate performance
– Optimize internal processes and remove operational bottlenecks
– Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture
Requirements:
– Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian
– Willingness to travel across the EU and UK
– 2+ years as a KAM Lead / Head of Account Management
– Proven experience leading teams in fintech with high-risk clients
– Strong grasp of B2B client management on international markets
– Solid background in building and optimizing client service processes
