In a meaningful interview for Forbes Ukraine, Hanna Radchenko, CEO of the Apercon group of companies, spoke about the company’s values, business, plans and prospects.

“Apercon’s key area of activity is professional recruitment for business, including the operational and quality recruitment of top managers of various profiles. Over two decades, the company has formed its own database of several million contacts and resumes of specialists, which allows it to close vacancies of any complexity in an average of a few weeks.

Apercon provides businesses with highly qualified executives who are able to achieve their goals, while C-level professionals are given opportunities for professional development, talent development and a decent salary.

We work fast – three days after starting work on an order, we have the first result. This year, we invested $200,000 in the British company DatAIsland, which specializes in developing AI products for HR, Customer Support, education healthcare and other business functions; it is successfully developing. We are also implementing innovative products: on October 1, we launched Exclusive Representative – a revolutionary exclusive representation service for top managers, where we represent the candidate during his employment. In the first eight days, the project received 174 unique applications from top managers: technical, general and financial directors of holdings.

We guarantee confidentiality and the perfect “person-position” match within the agreed timeframe and take responsibility for finding a job for the candidate. For companies, this means that there will be many more opportunities to find rare specialists. At the same time, candidates will spend less time on non-targeted interviews.

At the beginning of 2026, we are launching another direction in Apercon Investments, which will specialize in investments in businesses that will complement our ecosystem. One of the first priorities will be acquisitions and investments in the Ukrainian and international recruitment market to increase operational capacity.

In recruitment and consulting, we always think about development and plan to expand external markets related to software development and cybersecurity, the iGaming industry, build our own ecosystem by investing in technology, and increase our operational capacity. In addition, we are always thinking about development and expansion. We will also increase our recruitment turnover. It currently stands at €3.5 million per month and we plan to increase it to €5 million by 2026.

From the very beginning, the ideological inspirer and founder of Apercon was my mother – Jenni Anatolievna, who unfortunately left us three years ago. I worked in the company from my early youth and this company, its DNA, its development and pace are my passion. So Apercon is not just business, it’s a lifestyle. Therefore, I, like my mother once, remain a “playing coach” for the entire team. In addition, my mother’s main theses were – “A properly created mechanism works accurately” and “Ideas and people are the main assets of our time.” Based on these ideas, we continue to unite for the sake of achieving success.
