An international holding company is looking for an experienced Head of Legal to manage its legal department and support corporate, investment, and tax affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Overseeing legal support for the holding company and its subsidiaries
✅ Advising on corporate structure, registration, and reorganization
✅ Supporting M&A, investment, and financial transactions
✅ Coordinating with in-house and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
✅ Assisting with personal tax and legal strategies for HNWI

Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years as Head of Legal in an international business or family office, or as a partner in a legal firm
✔️ Expertise in corporate, commercial, and tax law
✔️ LLM from a Top 50 World Law School (preferred)
✔️ Fluent English (written and spoken)
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
