Global iGaming group is hiring a Head of AI & HR Automation to lead the digital transformation of People Ops — from recruitment to offboarding.

What you’ll do:
– Build and scale HR automation strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, comp, offboarding)
– Implement and customize HR systems: HRIS, ATS, LMS
– Use no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) to automate processes
– Integrate AI tools: chatbots, analytics, semantic search
– Ensure smooth cross-system integrations and data flow
– Collaborate with IT, finance, legal on scalable solutions

We’re looking for:
– 4+ yrs in HR Tech / Automation / HR Ops
– Hands-on with Workday, HiBob, Personio, or similar
– No-code / low-code automation skills
– Basic scripting / API knowledge
– Solid grasp of full HR lifecycle
– English: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to have:
– Chatbot implementation
– HR analytics & dashboards
– Budgeting & headcount planning automation
