What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven track record (3+ years) in leading affiliate operations at ASIA market
✔️ 5+ years expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
✔️ In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
✔️ Proficiency in English — both verbal and written
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation and high-level planning

Will be plus:
• Experience managing affiliate profit and loss reports
• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced team environment

Your mission:
✅ Build and grow a high-performing affiliate unit
✅ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners
✅ Craft and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive scalable traffic
✅ Refine internal affiliate workflows for optimal performance
✅ Be fully accountable for affiliate revenue streams and KPIs
✅ Represent the brand at major conferences, expos, and industry gatherings
