APERCON is searching for an experienced Head of Account Management Operations to build and lead the client operations function for a fast-growing iGaming platform.
The role focuses on structuring the Account Management department, strengthening long-term operator partnerships, and driving the commercial performance of the platform ecosystem.
🧲Key responsibilities
• Build and lead the Account Management Operations department
• Develop operational frameworks for managing platform partners
• Increase speed and efficiency of client service delivery
• Strengthen long-term cooperation with operator partners
• Improve turnover and utilization of platform services, including:
— gaming content and game providers
— sportsbook products
— PSP and payment solutions
• Drive commercial performance and platform profitability
• Establish operational KPIs, reporting, and client success metrics
• Coordinate closely with product, integration, and commercial teams
🔑Key requirements
• Strong experience in Account Management / Partner Operations in iGaming
• Experience working with platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers
• Deep understanding of game provider, sportsbook, and payment ecosystems
• Proven experience building and scaling operational teams
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on platform performance and client economics
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
