• Oversee integration and collaboration of all entities.
• Build high-performing teams and foster operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 5 + years in operational leadership roles, preferably in multi-sector environments.
• Expertise in corporate structuring, management systems, and financial planning.
• Strategic and hands-on approach to leadership.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
