We are looking for a CTO to lead the tech team of a major international iGaming partner. Your role will be to build and scale an advanced platform, drive innovation, and ensure reliable performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a CTO or similar leadership role within iGaming, gambling.
• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing tech teams.
• Strong expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the technology team, overseeing product development.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure security and reliability of systems and platforms.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
