We invite you to consider the position of Chief Product Officer — a key executive role within an international iGaming holding, responsible for steering the global product ecosystem and defining the long-term strategic direction of the business.
🤝 What we expect:
– 7+ years in Product Management, including at least 4 years in a CPO/VP of Product role within major B2C iGaming companies
– Hands-on experience in building and scaling complex product ecosystems
– Demonstrated success launching products
– Strong expertise in data-driven product leadership, analytics, monetization, unit economics and forecasting
– Deep understanding of regulation, compliance, risk management and operating models in iGaming
📈 Key responsibilities:
– Develop and execute the global product strategy for the holding
– Centralize product leadership and establish unified standards for product planning and execution
– Scale existing products and lead the launch of new solutions across international markets
– Build and strengthen a high-performing product organization, including development of product directors and vertical leads
– Maintain full oversight of product delivery: quality, velocity, operational efficiency
– Manage the product portfolio: prioritization, roadmap oversight, investment evaluation and business impact analysis
– Collaborate with the CEO/Board on long-term strategic initiatives
