Responsibilities:

– Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the company, including gaming facilities, online platforms, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
– Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
– Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align operations with overall company objectives and contribute to the development and execution of long-term business strategies.
– Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, industry partners, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a positive company image.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or releva nt executive leadership role within the gambling industry
– In-depth knowledge of gambling regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
– Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with a track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
