Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – EdTech

APERCON is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for our client — an international EdTech product company focused on subscription-driven growth and Tier-1 markets, including the U.S.

Main responsibilities:  

Creating and leading global marketing strategy, scaling user acquisition, managing subscription funnels, and building high-performance marketing teams.

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as CMO / Head of Marketing in digital or product companies  

• Strong background with subscription-based products and performance marketing  

• Hands-on work across Tier-1 markets and the U.S.  

• Deep expertise in digital marketing, user acquisition, paid traffic  

• Experience with Google, Mobile Ads, Facebook, Android ecosystem, and related channels  

• Proven track record of building and managing marketing teams  

• Ability to manage marketing budgets from $3M+ per month  

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
