Our partner — international B2C iGaming leader operating in 9 countries looking for an experienced finance operation leader to take strategic responsibility for management and coordination of key business processes across multiple geos. You will join the top management team, ensuring financial stability and driving growth across all markets.

Key Requirements:
– 5+ years in senior finance roles (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent) in iGaming companies with multi-geo operations.
– Proven experience in managing financial processes and teams across several countries.
– Strong ability to influence strategic business decisions and coordinate with top management.
– Knowledge of iGaming, fintech, or other high-risk industries is a strong plus.
– Expertise in financial strategy, compliance, cross-legal and international transactions.
– Leadership skills and experience managing multicultural teams.
– Strategic mindset with hands-on involvement in key business processes.
