A fast-growing iGaming group is looking for a CCO to lead commercial strategy across 10+ B2B verticals — including anti-fraud solutions, marketing services, platform/software, and payment infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
– Build and execute a unified B2B commercial strategy across the group
– Select and implement a single CRM system for all B2B units
– Launch cross-sell processes between different business lines
– Scale and lead commercial teams across multiple geos and products
– Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Operations
Who we’re looking for:
A senior commercial leader with a proven background in B2B — ideally from fintech, SaaS, payments, or platform-based companies. Strong experience with sales infrastructure, strategic planning, and operational leadership in multi-product environments is essential.
Requirements:
– Experience as CCO or Commercial Director in a large B2B organization
– Strong strategic thinking and process-building skills
– Deep understanding of product-led sales in tech-driven environments
– Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
