The role focuses on building a strong global management architecture, managing country managers, and expanding operations across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets.

• Build global management structure for multi-regional iGaming operations
• Lead and scale existing gaming assets on a proprietary platform
• Manage regional expansion across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets
• Supervise country managers and regional leadership teams
• Drive growth, operational performance and market expansion
🔑 Key requirements
• Executive leadership experience in iGaming / betting / online casino
• Proven track record of scaling global B2C gaming operations
• Experience managing multi-regional teams and country managers
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
• Fluent English
