Global iGaming group is looking for a hands-on tech specialist to automate HR & recruitment processes and integrate AI tools across systems.

Time zones: EU/CIS preferred

What you’ll do:
– Automate workflows in ATS, CRM, and HR platforms
– Integrate AI tools: chatbots, sourcing, matching algorithms
– Build smart internal tools that boost recruiter productivity
– Ensure clean system integrations and data flow
– Document solutions, train teams, support implementation

We’re looking for:
– 3–5 yrs experience in automation/integrations/tech ops
– Tools: Zapier / Make / Tray.io / APIs
– Scripting: Python / JavaScript
– Understanding of HR tech (Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR)
– Curious, proactive, and reliable

Nice to have:
– RPA / chatbot experience
– AI features: parsing, semantic search, screening
