APERCON is looking Head of Retention for our client – famous international iGaming company
Main responsibilities: creating and managing retention strategies at all stages of the funnel.
Requirements:
• Experience as Head of Retention in iGaming (B2C) for at least 3 years, with a stable work history.
• Proven track record of implementing player return and retention strategies based on data.
• Experience working with high-value player segments (VIPs, whales).
• Strong understanding of retention KPIs: DAU/WAU/MAU, churn, reactivation rates, LTV.
