Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy
• Lead the strategic development and scaling of the online casino product
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities in Tier 3 markets
• Oversee P&L management and track key business KPIs
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and regulators
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement to enhance user engagement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a CEO in iGaming
• Proven success in launching and scaling startups
• Strong expertise in Tier 3 markets
