Key requirements:

• Proven CFO/Finance leadership in Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or iGaming

• Strong U.S. market expertise (regulation, payments, compliance)

• Experience building scalable financial architecture, reporting, and P&L control

• Deep knowledge of unit economics, cash flow, risk, and governance

• Fluent English + Russian/Ukrainian

CEO (Sweepstakes)

We are inviting experienced executive leaders to consider the role of Chief Executive Officer — a top-level position within an international iGaming holding, responsible for building, scaling, and governing a compliant, high-growth sweepstakes project across global markets.

This role requires full ownership of strategy, execution, and results.

Requirements 

 • 5-7+ years in senior leadership roles, including CEO / Managing Director / General Manager positions within Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or adjacent iGaming verticals

 • Proven experience scaling sweepstakes-based business models, including virtual currency systems (SC/GC), monetization, retention, and engagement mechanics

 • Demonstrated success launching and operating products in the US market, with a strong understanding of state-by-state regulatory nuances

 • Deep expertise in unit economics, P&L ownership, growth strategy, risk management, and compliance-by-design operating models

 • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadership

 • Ability to build, align, and lead executive teams across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Technology

 • Fluent Russian/Ukrainian and English must have for global stakeholder management and board-level communication

Key Responsibilities

 • Define and execute the overall business and growth strategy of the sweepstakes holding

 • Ensure full compliance with sweepstakes regulations, player protection standards, and risk frameworks across jurisdictions

 • Own P&L performance, capital efficiency, unit economics, and long-term value creation

 • Scale existing products and lead expansion into new markets and verticals

 • Build and lead a high-performance executive team with clear accountability and governance

 • Act as the primary partner to shareholders and the Board on strategic, operational, and investment decisions

 • Represent the company externally with partners, regulators, and key industry stakeholders
